To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if your order is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order

Returns

Not in love with your purchase? No worries – we're here to help. Unopened items sold from www.jerseyshoresupplements or Jersey Shore Supplements retail stores can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days via the original payment method. Opened items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days for store credit. Exchanged items cannot be further exchanged, or otherwise exchanged more than once. Please allow 1-3 biz days for a return or exchange to be processed. Any additional time it takes for a credit to be posted depends on your card-issuing bank. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund in the case of no-fault returns – buyer's remorse, change of heart, item no longer needed, etc.
