Story Of JSS

    It all started in 2013 when I was shopping for sports supplements at other health and supplement stores. I felt the companies were trying to take advantage of me and other customers, selling quick fixes that weren’t getting people the help and results they wanted. Knowing there had to be a better way to help people, make them feel better about themselves, and most importantly get them results, I set out to start JSS.

    When searching around for a good place to open the first store, I came across a vacant storefront in Bradley Beach, NJ. This was it, the perfect location. The only thing was that it wasn't available for rent. I did some research and found out who owned the building and then proceeded to ask if he would be willing to rent to me. After a few conversations, he allowed me to move in. The space was about 450 sq. ft. and started with just three shelves on each wall. As I sold products, I continued to reinvest the profits into more and more products. I was also able to bring in more like-minded people. All of this so that we were better equipped to help any individual who came through the door.

    Over the next six years, JSS evolved from that first 450 sq. ft. store into six store locations and a 7,500 square foot warehouse. JSS went from being an owner occupied business, a “one man show”, to now having around 15 employees total. I’d trust any one of them to handle each store as their own and provide any customer with the knowledge and support they need to get the results they want.

    At Jersey Shore Supplements we lead with compassion, set a positive example, inspire and positively reach our community through sports supplements. We are a high trust company in a low trust industry. We have always had a passion for fitness and health supplements regardless of it providing an income for our employees and their families. Our driving factor is the person coming to us for help. We find so much value in the fact that people are willing to rely on us to make a difference in their lives. We don’t take this lightly. 

    We want to educate as many people as we possibly can and help them achieve a healthier lifestyle. We’re proud of who we are and what we do, and we simply want to share that with as many people as we can. We learned the importance of going above and beyond for every customer and helping them get results so that they’d tell others and spread the word.

    We know that none of this would be possible without all of you who have supported us since day one. We believe we have the best customers in the world. In fact, many of you are not just customers; you’re friends and family. Jersey Shore Supplements isn’t just a place you pick up pre-workout. It has turned into something much much bigger, and you are a part of that. Thank you for believing in us and helping us to help others. It’s a very gratifying feeling that keeps us motivated every day to keep learning, growing, and expanding to reach even more people.

    We will always lead with compassion and be a voice for the everyday person who feels they are being unheard. We will continue to do what's right and set positive examples. We will give back.
